  • 1 tsp oregano, 1 bay leaf, salt and pepper, 1 lb spaghetti, Parmesan to serve

Instructions

  1. Brown beef in a large pot; add onion, carrots, garlic. Cook 5 min. Add tomatoes, paste, broth, oregano, bay leaf. Simmer 25–30 min. Season.
  2. Cook spaghetti per package. Drain. Remove bay leaf from sauce.
  3. Serve spaghetti topped with sauce and Parmesan.

One-Pan Lemon Herb Chicken

  • 4–6 chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on), 1 lb baby potatoes (halved), 1 cup green beans

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). On a large sheet pan, toss potatoes with 1 tbsp oil, salt, pepper. Roast 15 min.
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, rosemary, thyme. Push potatoes to sides; add chicken and lemon slices. Drizzle with remaining oil. Roast 25 min.
  3. Add green beans; roast 10 more min until chicken is 165°F (74°C) and potatoes are tender. Serve.
